Brewing
Preparation: Place 1 teabag in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 5 – 7 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk. Try drinking a cup daily for two weeks before your period to reduce cramping.
