Planting Guide
- Soak in water until soft, place on top of seed raising mix and water well
- Important: ensure paper does not dry out
- Germination will occur within 7-21 days
Card may be planted in a pot or directly into the ground.
Seed Information
The seeds embedded within our plantable cards are Brachyscome iberidifolia (Swan River daisy).
Native to Western Australia, Swan River daisies are tough plants and are tolerant of a wide variety of soil conditions.
The little flowers come in a wide variety of pastel shades and mix well with other garden plants.
Seed Viability
As with all garden seeds, the seeds within our paper have an expiration date. If kept in cool, light conditions below 50 degrees your Hello Petal card will last from 1-4 years before planting.
When planting your Hello Petal card, water daily to ensure paper does not dry out. If paper is dry the seeds cannot germinate.
