Sweet Peanuts and Local Matters

Grill’d: The home of the healthy burger, vegetarian ones too!

It is also home to a wonderful community support initiative called Local Matters.

How it works

Every month, jars are fixed in each restaurant promoting three community groups for their guests to support. You receive one (1) token with every burger purchase and you drop the token in the jar of your choice. At the end of the month, $500 is shared between the three community groups ($300 for 1st, $100 for 2nd and 3rd) Donating $70,000 in total every month to the community.

Grill’d North Lakes

We noticed that our local Grill’d restaurant in North Lakes was looking for community groups to support, and so we applied.

We received the good news recently that Sweet Peanuts has been ap[proved and will be allocated a jar. Of course, we’ll let you all know when it’s our turn.

As this is a community support initiative, any donations provided by Grill’d will be for the purpose of funding packages that will be specifically for donation to local clinics and hospitals.
